balanced stay near amenities
spacious room many options friendly staff outdated bathroom crowded pool slippery floor
the room was spacious. the breakfast included many options. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. there was plenty of parking available.
the bathroom needed updating. the pool was crowded and noisy. the changing facilities were basic. the tiled floor near the pool was quite slippery.

a bit tired around the edges
temperature fluctuation stained carpets
my shower was not great. the water temperature fluctuated a lot, going from warm to cold without warning. it made showering quite unpleasant. also, the corridors had a distinct musty smell, and the carpets in the dining area were very stained. it gave the whole place a feeling of being a bit neglected.

convenient location heated pool nice food
The location was great. It was super close to the zoo. I also found the heated indoor pool AMAZING. The food selection pleased me too.
