The breakfast was good. The cooked-to-order options were AMAZING!!! There was also a buffet with cereals and other items. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

The main radiator in my room was NOT working. A plug-in radiator was provided, but it was not sufficient. Bathroom heating did not work either, unfortunate.

my shower was not great. the water temperature fluctuated a lot, going from warm to cold without warning. it made showering quite unpleasant. also, the corridors had a distinct musty smell, and the carpets in the dining area were very stained. it gave the whole place a feeling of being a bit neglected.
